Bacon Topped Turkey Anyone?

Hi Guys, with Thanksgiving fast approaching….thought I’d share the result of a successful experiment with the Festive Bird I tried last year. The bacon strips on top really added a new layer of flavor and helped to keep the breast area moist thru the cooking process…plus it looks pretty cool! It’s a WINNER in my house and I plan to repeat the performance for 2010! So all you Happy Hour cooks out there….give this a try! And please eat more Turkey not Parrot:)…..HH Parrot
